Skid Pole/Twin
In the world of emergency care, it is of great importance to optimize stocking spaces and to satisfy all requests for ergonomically advanced rescue equipment. Optimizing space and performance is the line Spencer drew on introducing the new Skid Pole and Skid Twin. A stair evacuation system which at the same time is a patient transport stretcher and in the Twin version converts into a comfortable stair chair. The patient can be transported with no changes in posture. The stretcher/chair Skid Pole/Twin are supplied with two polypropylene 50 mm straps.
Skid E
The new fork and tubular frame of the Skid, which exalt the technology of the design and the pivoting wheels (features still unique to Skid), will be of immediate impact for you. The anterior part of the chair, divided into two ample surface elements, with a notable backwards inclination and protected by two lateral conveyors which integrate at the front with the footrest. Aluminium frame, silver for the Skid, yellow for the Skid Ready. The Skid chair is supplied with two polypropylene 50 mm straps.
Pro Skid E
When looked at in more detail, the Pro Skid adopts the same frame and the same runners as the Skid, but above all with one difference regarding the use of a transport chair in respect to those of an evacuation chair. In fact, a variation of the structure and of the weight distribution, associated with the application of convenient posterior handles make possible the use of Pro Skid also uphill. The Pro Skid chair is supplied with two polypropylene 50 mm straps.

On the Pro Skid, the back rest and the foot rest extend to become support handles with an ergonomic technique of lifting, thus improving the vision of the stairs and feet for the operator when obstacles on the stairs necessitate the lifting of the chair.
Safety is not an option
The use of evacuation chairs is becoming more and more frequent and since the tragic events of 11th September 2001, where it became clear that their presence is not just a luxury but an absolute necessity in all places where a safe and fast evacuation must be made available to all.
